There is no precise accepted definition of the concept of exploitation. These paintings conspire to show a satirical response to recent events playing out in the UK. Since Brexit, we witness a country deeply divided by class, place and age and a process that reveals England’s perfidy over Ireland. The divisions emerging will dramatically impact on politics in the years to come. England is emerging as a country at war with itself, isolated and lost in the myth that was Empire.
